At Home Takes Death Spiral Convertible

We were just talking about desperation financing moves and along comes At Home to do a deal for a death spiral convertible (or a toxic convert – which we discussed in more detail a couple of months ago). They did this with the same firm that did such deals with MicroStrategy and eToys. MicroStrategy is still in business. eToys wasn’t so lucky.
