An analyst firm says porn and gambling will be two of the most lucrative areas of mobile content, but warns providers to be prepared for extortion threats from organized crime similar to the ones made against online casinos and porn sites. It’s a modern twist on the protection racket: criminals tell site owners that unless they pay up, they’ll launch denial of service attacks or take some other action against the site.
