More Lawsuits Against Penis Pill Providers
from the shocker dept
If you’re surprised by this, then you really need to get your gullibility meter recalibrated, but someone is claiming (no, really?!?) that the various penis enlargement pills he ordered (one assumes, via spam) didn’t actually work. He’s not the first to claim this, as you might imagine. Though, he does appear to be the second one to file a lawsuit over the matter. In the past, the FTC has pretty much ignored the penis enlargement scam industry, noting that there are bigger fish to fry in the scamming industry, and probably assuming (perhaps not so wisely) that the average consumer would know better. Of course, what some folks probably don’t know is that the Wall Street Journal (of all places) checked out a bunch of these pills a few years ago and found that, not only did they not work, but that they were often harmful for you and included “fecal contamination.”

Gullible? Oh, I don't know
Seems like pretty easy money to me, as long as you’re not too easily embarassed!
Unless the other 95% of the male populace shows up in court, that is.
