Anti-Virus Firm Admits MyDoom Impact Exaggerated

from the say-what?!? dept

Now, however, in a surprising move, another anti-virus firm, TruSecure is admitting that many exaggerated the impact of the virus, which they say really wasn’t that big of a deal. They still say that the virus did plenty of damage, but suggest that the reactions from many overstated how much damage was really done.
