No More Text Messaging Jesus
If this isn’t a Friday afternoon story, I don’t know what is… It seems that over in Finland, someone set up a text messaging service, where you could SMS your prayers to Jesus… and Jesus would answer back. Or, at least someone claiming to be Jesus would answer back. After a few complaints, the service has been shut down. It appears that not too many people were that interested in hearing the mobile Jesus answer their prayers, as whoever was involved didn’t make very much money – other than from curious reporters who were testing the “service” out.
