Verizon – Top Network Again

J.D. Power has released the results of a study on who has the best mobile phone network among the big six operators.Verizon Wireless scored highest on the ratings, which were based on “seven customer-reported problem areas impacting overall carrier performance, including dropped/disconnected calls, static/interference, voice distortion, no connection on first try, echoes, no immediate voice-mail notification and no immediate text message notification.” JD Power noted that bad quality calling is directly related to a consumer’s desire to churn, and noted the carriers seem to be investing to improve call reliability. These improvements are some of the positive outcomes consumers will see partly as a result of WLNP.
