Nokia Accused Of Selling Faulty Phones

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Nokia, accusing them of misleading and deceptive advertising and selling faulty phones. The case revolves around claims that Nokia knew about a defect in the screens used in many of their phones, and continued selling it, claiming that there were no known defects with the phone.
