Conference Explores Wireless Campuses

There’s a conference going on this week to explore issues in making college campuses wireless. It seems that colleges and universities have been leading the push to offer wireless offerings on campuses – leading to all sorts of interesting results. It’s good to hear that there’s a conference to discuss the various issues that universities face in unwiring their campuses. As more students get used to having wireless access on campus (whether by WiFi or other means), it means they’ll take that experience out into the “real world” with them after they graduate, and will come up with all sorts of creative wireless uses in the office as well.
