Lawsuit Says Cell Towers Kill Millions Of Birds
Environmental groups are suing the FCC, saying that cell phone towers are killing millions of birds – some of whom are on the endangered species list. This is a bit different than the usual stories about how companies are trying to figure out ways to better “hide” the towers. A trade group representing the tower owners say there’s no real evidence that the towers are killing birds, and they follow all necessary laws and regulations.
