Nokia and Sony Ericsson To Align Developer Tools For Symbian OS

One of the things that has kept Palm relevent as their market became more competitive was their strong and loyal developer community. We’re seeing a battle forming for the hearts and minds of smartphone deveopers. Nokia and Sony Ericsson announced common developer tools that will let developers build apps for UIQ and Series 60. While their UI platforms are comeptitive, they realize that what’s good for Symbian is good for them.
