In the ongoing saga of UK broadband provider NTL’s decision to suddenly place limits on their “unlimited” broadband service, somes the news that the reason they didn’t tell anyone about the caps was because they thought their users “weren’t tech enough” to understand the limitations. However, they were apparently gullible enough to understand the meaning of “unlimited” bandwidth used in NTL’s advertising…
