Tim Koogle Is Not A War Criminal

from the a-load-off-his-back dept

It was almost exactly a year ago that a French court decided to charge Yahoo’s former CEO Tim Koogle with being a war criminal for allowing auctions of Nazi memorabilia on Yahoo Auctions. Even after admitting that they didn’t want to give him a sentence when found guilty, it was still a ridiculous charge. The court has apparently recognized this and has acquitted Koogle, saying he isn’t a war criminal. I guess Koogle and his family can now vacation in France again.
