SMS Rules During Chinese New Year
A new report shows that people in China were busy SMSing each other during the New Year’s celebration. They apparently sent over 7 billion text messages during the one week period. Considering that in all of 2002, 80 billion text messages were sent in China, 7 billion in one week is a pretty large jump.
