Microsoft Should Buy A Studio

from the they-will-own-everything dept

The latest Red Herring bit from Tony Perkins takes a look at recent Microsoft investments in the broadband/TV marketspace and concluded that the <a href=”>only thing they’re missing right now is a studio. By Perkins’ estimates, they’ve already spent $15 billion (yeah, I know, pocket change) on the market, so taking over a studio for some content seems like the next logical step. He even suggests that they look at Vivendi since they’re certainly up for grabs these days. Microsoft Universal Studios. I can’t wait.
