Business Week is killing time waiting for the various wireless carriers to merge (just like we all are) by taking guesses on who the likely winners and losers are. They agree that the deals need to happen, and suggest that the moment the first such deal is announced will be the sign that the wireless carrier industry will have hit bottom and begun to turn around.
