Just Wait Until Next Year…

Well, here it is. Yet another report from a big research firm saying that while things suck now in IT spending, just wait until next year. It seems that these research firms come out with a new prediction every quarter that always tries to sound upbeat. We’ve already discussed the “two more quarters” phenomenon, and this seems to be yet another case of that.
