Feds Looking To Keep States From Abusing Ecommerce Laws

Declan McCullough is fairly well known for his “keep the government out” opinions when it comes to technology. So, is it a surprise to find him supporting moves by the federal government in his latest opinion piece concerning e-commerce regulations? Not really. He’s basically saying that the federal government is doing a good job in forcing state governments not to regulate and tax ecommerce.
