Reinventing NPR Online

from the good-job dept

Business 2.0 has an interesting article about the guy who built up NPR’s website into the very useful site it is today. He clearly had a vision for what the site should be, and then set about excuting on that vision successfully. He’s still working on making it better, as well. It’s clear that his number one priority is to make the site useful. It seems like a simple concept, but so many websites these days are focused on how to annoy users much more than how to be useful.
