Pigeons Interfering With Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi has enough challenges. The last thing we need is pigeons getting in the way of being able to check your email in the park. That, among other little technical problems, is what kept Newsweek columnist Gersh Kuntzman from having a good Wi-Fi experience. In this humorous review of trying to access the public Wi-Fi network in New York’s Bowling Green, Kuntzman ponders the dangers of haivng constant access to email and the web. Like all new technologies it has its dangers. But ultimately it’s up to people to use this technology wisely. We determine when to use technology, not the other way around.
