The Cristina Foundation Article & Interview @ GeekExtreme

from the good-charity dept

Benjamin Hunter writes “Whenever I go to a big event, such as COMDEX or PC EXPO, I try to find at least one charitable organization to profile. I mean, we can’t always run around looking for cool freebies and review material. While at PC EXPO this year, I found the Cristina Orginization. They fit the bill. See my article and video interview with one of the members of the Cristina Foundation. As an added bonus, we have some nifty prizes for you folks if you donate to the Cristina foundation. Full details within the article.” It appears the Cristina foundation takes your old computer donations and gives them to children with “special needs”. I don’t know anything about the organization other than what’s in the article Benjamin submitted, so this isn’t any kind of endorsement. On the face of it, though, it sounds like a useful charity.
