3G Must Be Customer Focused

A new study predicts that young consumers and upscale consumers will drive the market for 3G services especially in Western Europe and the US. But the most important thing to keep in mind is that “in an increasingly segmented market, the winners will be those who understand consumer needs in terms of mobility and meet these needs by delivering branded products and services.” So where does that leave the carriers, who are famous for not understanding consumer needs.
