Does BREW Have a Chance?
BREW, Qualcomm’s answers to Java (they hate it when you call it that), is gaining some momentum. But that momentum will be limited to networks that use Qualcomm’s flavor of CDMA which is only about 20% of the global market. Elsewhere you are more likely to see Java powered phones from Nokia and others.
