Navy Relied On Web Info To Mistakenly Award Contract

from the oops dept

Following all the press about Oracle’s bad contract with the State of California, now we find out that the Navy awarded a contract based on incorrect info they read online. I’m sure this makes everyone feel very safe. Who trusts what they read online anyway?
