Danger Receives FCC Approval

from the almost-there... dept

Well, it appears that Danger may finally be releasing their HipTop. As was rumored all over the place, it appears their first deal is with VoiceStream (who is working to change their name back to T-Mobile). More importantly, though, is that the FCC has approved the device for sale in the US. While it’s good that they have at least one carrier deal, it would be nice to see some others pick it up as well. While I still haven’t had a chance to see one of the devices, I’ve heard nothing but good things from those who have.
