Your DNA Says You Should Eat…

An interesting article in Wired about the relatively new field of nutrigenomics, which will (apparently) analyze your genetic situation in recommending what sort of diet may be best for you. While a lot of this can be done currently by looking at family history, (obviously) looking at your DNA can give nutritionists a better idea of what you’re more susceptible to, and what foods might keep you healthier for longer.
