Spam Clogs AT&T Email Servers

from the but-will-they-do-anything-about-it? dept

It seems that if you’re an AT&T Worldnet subscriber, you’re probably not getting much email from the outside world. Some spammers sent an inordinate amount of spam through AT&T’s servers and it’s blocking regular mail from getting through. AT&T says that everything will get through, it just might take a little time. I wonder if things like this will convince ISPs like AT&T Worldnet to actually be a bit more proactive in stamping out spammers.
