Game Servers As Startup Idea

from the a-different-time,-a-different-place dept

It seems so long ago that people would come across some sort of problem in the world, come up with a solution, build it, and sell it. For years it’s all been about how quickly can you build a company you can sell off for lots of money. It’s actually kind of refreshing to read a Red Herring article that talks about a guy who realized that game servers suck, so he built a better one and now he’s got a company. Who knows how well it will do, but I still think it’s good to see an article like that.
