IPO Market Coming Back For Techs?

Wow, I haven’t had to use this topic for a while. News.com is wondering whether or not the window is s-l-o-w-l-y opening for tech IPOs, with Lawson getting ready to go out this week. I don’t think we’ll know for sure until a really hyped company like PayPal or Google tries to go out. However, I think the banks are getting more and more desperate, so they will start to try pushing out their best looking companies at any cost – just to get articles like this one written.
