Now that we’ve got phones on airplanes and satellite phones that work anywhere in the world, where can you go to be out of contact? Underwater? Not any more. The Register has an amusing article about new, underwater phones that sound quite bizarre. The Register makes fun of them for almost the entire article, before pointing out that there actually might be a few good uses for divers and such. Anyone have a picture of the device?
