Time For Reverse M&A

from the eat-'em-up,-spit-'em-out dept

It wasn’t so long ago investment bankers were getting rich on mergers and acquisition deals. Now those same bankers seem to be getting even richer helping tech companies divest from those very same companies they so desperately needed a year or two ago. It seems like it’s all a big cycle of companies eating up a bunch of smaller companies, and then spitting them out again… and the bankers take a piece during each transaction. Seems like a good gig, if you can get it.
