VC Investing During The Downturn
from the different-theories dept
I’ve been amazed at how many of the big venture capital firms have been in a state of pure shock for most of this year. They’re not investing in anything. However, some smaller VC firms and a few of the larger ones are investing aggressively. They have a lot of cash to invest, there are still a bunch of great companies, valuations are dropping like crazy, and they have less competition on deals since so many others aren’t investing. Sounds like a great time to be a VC.
