IM At The Office

Companies are finally realizing that employees are using instant messaging at the office – and so here come the studies. Basically, lots of people seem to use it, some feel that it helps increase productivity, and no one knows that it’s insecure. There are also some stats on who’s using which IM program. I expect to see plenty more similar studies coming out in the near future as more companies try to jump on the IM-at-the-office bandwagon.
