Traveling by airplane sucks. For some reason airlines can’t figure out how to offer good service. So, it’s not a surprise that there are a ton of websites out there that will let you complain about the crappy service you received from the airline of your choice. Of course, no one at those airlines apparently looks at any of those sites, so it’s really more of an exercise in venting rather than helping to fix a problem. As the article points out it’s more “theraputic than effective”. Of course, even if the airlines read the messages it’s not like they would do anything to fix things.
