Well, it appears the market for office space in the California Bay Area is collapsing quickly. Vacancy rates are increasing rapidly and rent is decreasing. Companies are looking to sublease portions of their current office space, and others who had planned large fancy new headquarters are writing off their investments. Of course, it’s good for the few companies that are looking for office space. They can find great space quickly and cheaply.
