Network Solutions Sends Around Customer Emails

This isn’t a surprise if you’ve ever had any dealings with Network Solutions, but once again shows how these folks – who have incredible control over the internet – basically have no clue. Multiple people are reporting that in response to email questions they were emailed back a bunch of emails that others had emailed in complaining about the same thing. Seems like a breach of privacy, as well as some very clueless customer support people.
