E-commerce Times takes a look at a lot of internet companies who are suddenly having to write off their investments in other dot com companies. Basically, everyone was trying to prop each other up, and now the bubble burst is dragging some of the leaders down as their investments are close to worthless. My favorite quote from the article: these companies were “exchanging currency backed by the same fantasy”.
