These sorts of things could be avoided. Joe Montana is simultaneously pitching both Microsoft’s Ultimate TV and its competitor Tivo. It appears there was a misunderstanding on Montana’s part concerning the Ultimate TV spot – which is being used as an instore demo tape for Ultimate TV. Both sides are not exactly happy with how this all turned out. What I want to know is whether or not Montana actually uses either product, and which one he prefers.
