I never quite understood the hype about Third Voice. It let you attach post it notes to websites. This didn’t seem like a very big deal, but some people loved it, and others hated it. In the end, none of it matters because they’ve run out of money. Posting stories about failures is pretty boring these days, but these guys were one of the more hyped up companies of the internet era, so it’s worth writing about. I also like the ominous quote at the end saying “the final chapter hasn’t been written yet.” That’s right. Get ready for Third Voice II: The Revenge.
