Lack Of Customers Shuts Down Many B2B Internet Sites

from the what-a-concept dept

There’s really not much to say on this one, but I thought the headline is fairly amusing. Isn’t one of the first rules of business to find customers first? Apparently, B2B marketplaces thought the first rule was to find as much venture capital as possible, and now they’re paying the price. It seems (would you believe it?) B2B marketplaces are shutting down because they don’t have enough customers. Amazing analysis.
