Three predictions on killer apps for net devices and what’s missing from them currently. The three are home media servers, the ability to “pay anywhere” via wireless, and wireless cameras that automatically upload your photographs somewhere. In the first two cases it’s mostly a “compelling reason” that’s missing (which is odd, because I thought part of the definition of a killer app is that it automatically is compelling) and the third has technology limitations.
