A team of anthropologists studied people in six different countires to get their opinions on wireless. The findings were clear: people want convergence. They’re sick of having to carry multiple devices around. At the same time, many don’t understand all the functionality that their wireless devices offer, and are scared to try some due to weird pricing schemes. So, the answer seems to be adding more features while make it all more simple to understand and use. How hard could that be?
