Making Wireless Spam Illegal

Some legislators are looking into banning wireless spam before it’s a problem. They’re hoping that this will force anti-spam measures to be built into the wireless infrastructure. While I think it may help, I wouldn’t be surprised if spammers figure out ways to break through any protections.
