The Economist Looks At AOL-Time Warner

from the big-deals dept

I’d avoiding posting straight news about the approval of the AOL-Time Warner merger because if you’re reading it here first, then you don’t read enough news on the web. However, I will point you to the Economist’s coverage of the merger as I think it covers a lot of the issues well. It points out that due to all the concessions the merged companies have agreed to, the real value of the merger may have been negotiated away.
