eFulfillment Getting Better

from the no,-really... dept

A new study where different e-commerce sites were tested on their ability to deliver products successfully showed that there were failures only 8% of the time. Of course, that’s nearly 1 in 10 failures (not too great in the grand scheme of things) but it certainly beats last year’s 25% failure rate. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but I don’t think I’ve ever had a problem with any item I’ve ordered online. Maybe everyone’s afraid that I’ll write them up on Techdirt (yeah, right…).
