More ISP Problems For Bluelight

from the who-said-a-free-ISP-is-easy? dept

Bluelight has not been having good luck with its free ISP service. First, the company they were using, Spinway, went out of business. To solve that, K-Mart had to buy the remains of Spinway. Now that they own Spinway, they discovered that the company providing Spinway with its connections, Genuity, was messing everything up. So, this morning they had to ditch Genuity and switch to Worldcom and PSINet. Unfortunately this means all their access numbers have switched and people are going to have problems logging in. Maybe Genuity should stop trying to explain what they do and figure out how to actually do it.
