A Dot Com A Day Keeps Investors Away?

So dot coms are failing at about one per day. And while that makes for a catchy headline, I hope no one is taking that too seriously. (My badly-researched estimate puts ‘Old economy’ businesses failing at over 100 per day.) I certainly don’t disagree with the current market correction, but anecdotal stories of dot com failure after dot com failure really makes the tech economy look sour….
