Dot coms are failing left and right. Most are having trouble raising money, or proving their business models. Executives are bailing out every day. What could make all of that worse? How about adding a marital divorce between the two major shareholders neither of whom are allowed to sell shares without the consent of the other. That cannot be good for business.
