Well, here’s an amusing story. Apparently, FinancialWeb.com is most likely going out of business. The site was very popular in catching and reporting stock fraud scams. They would review different penny-stocks that were being promoted and put out a list of “stinky stocks”. The ironic part is that a lot of FinancialWeb’s problems are because its largest shareholder was indicted for fraudulently pumping up FinancialWeb’s own stock. You have to wonder how stupid this guy can be to try to fraudulently boost the stock of a company that tries to stop stock fraud.
