Brick and Mortar Companies Not Embracing Online Sales

A new study has found that less than 50% of retailers have an e-commerce channel. However, some of numbers sound encouraging as to the companies that have set up e-commerce channels, they sound as if they’re fairly well integrated. Of course, that doesn’t mean they’re particularly well integrated, but that’s a whole different study. Actually, that’s the subject of a different article over at the NY Times about big companies trying to figure out e-business strategies and how to spread them through their various divisions.
