Financial Firms are Blowing their Wireless Chances
from the oh-really? dept
A new report from Forresters suggests that financial firms are not offering enough wireless features and thus will lose out. There doesn’t seem to be much explanation of why. I think a lot of people are beginning to stop paying attention to Forresters (not that many did in the first place, but they’re losing out more and more now). It seems that a lot of their research has no basis in reality. I agree that financial firms should be looking closely at wireless, but it strikes me as overhype to say that they’re going to “miss out” right now if they don’t add more services.
